There is an upsurge in young talent and a dramatic increase in accomplishments on international platforms. Koneru Hampi: The 20-year old chess grandmaster from India was also the world's youngest woman grandmaster at the age of 15 years, 1 month and 27 days. She has won many accolades for her intellect already.  

Darsheel Safary: This tiny bundle - all of 9 years old - is riding the highest waves of success after 'Taare Zameen Par', his debut movie. He has delivered an intense performance through his role as a dyslexic child.
