World Tulu Convention-2009 Preparatory Meeting held at Bantara Bhavana, Mumbai
A preparatory meeting of the World Tulu Convention-2009 was organized at Bantara Bhavana Smt Kabeti Gutthu Kashi Sidhu Shetty Air-Conditioned Hall on 20th November, 2009 evening. Shri Aikala Harish Shetty, President of Bantara Sangha presides over the meeting. Shri Dharmapal Shetty inaugurated the meet by lighting the traditional lamp.
Shri Shanker Shetty Vice President, Bantara Sangha. V. K. Shetty Gen Sectary, Prabhakar L Shetty, Hon Treasurer, Joint Secretary H. Vasu Shetty, Shivram Shetty, Vice-President, Matru bhoomi Co-op Credit Society, Smt Asha M Hegde, Chairperson Ladies wing and many other dignitaries were present on the dais.
Matru Bhumi chairman Shivram J Shetty welcomed the gathering. Aikala Harish Shetty welcomed the dignitaries with flowers. Ashok Parkala compered the programme. Smt Sarala Shetty led the opening Prayer. Karinire Vishwanath Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
