"Peace Run"

We are pleased to invite you to flag start the "Peace Run" which is being jointly organized by about 50 NGO's in association with St. Angelos computer education.

This is a unique non-political "Peace Run" where the common Mumbaikar will rub shoulders along with all the NGO's to express one's solidarity with the martyr's of terrorist attack on 26/11 in Mumbai a year ago and to make a statement that "we demand zero tolerance against terrorism".

The occasion includes oath taking of fight against terrorism followed by Peace Run. The timing for assembling is at 630 am and the Peace Run is between 7 am & 9am starting from Oberoi Towers and ending at Tarapore Aquarium. T-shirt will be offered at the venue for those who will participate in the Peace Run/ walk.

The march will be lead by the renowned wrestler Khali,who is specially coming down from the USA for the event , Olympic runner Milkha Singh, President of Anti-Terrorist Front Shri Bitta Singh, Terrorist killer and
sensational Ruksana from Kashmir and others. The martyr's wives and relatives of the Police & Commando's will also participate. The Run shall be in the backdrop of Naval band playing the Peace Tunes.

The participating NGO's can make their own play-cards (2ft x 1ft) and print/write message slogans which the participants can carry and the television channels can capture the interesting ones for viewers across the world. This  1st anniversary of the unforgettable terrorist attack on Mumbai shall be the National event viewed by the world.

I request you to kindly support the event by recommending members of "I Love Mumbai" and 'Gaints International" to participate and make it a grand and a memorable event. We would also appreciate if you could pen an appropriate message on your famous banner.

We want you to spread the message to the entire city so that as many people as possible will gather for the peace run.
