Deanery youth day celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Mira Road
Mumbai:- It was a great day for our youth along with the celebration of Independence Day and Feast of the Assumption of our Lady. Our youth created an awareness among the people about how we can express our freedom by caring for our creation. There were youth of 4 parishes which came together to perform street plays and convey the message to care for Creation. Along with the play they had some power-point presentations on waste management and finally they ended the day with a jam session. The youth of our parish also made a logo of care for creation which was printed on cloth bags prepared by the civic and political cell of our parish. They were sold like hot cakes.
