Mahesh Bhupati inspires Students on Launch of Progressive Tennis in Ryan Schools
Grand Slams winner, Padma Shri awardee, Davis Cupper and India's best doubles player Mahesh Bhupathi visited Ryan International School to interact with the children and their parents and review Progressive Tennis, a tennis program introduced by MBTT in India on 25th July 2010 at Ryan School, Vasant Kunj.
Dr. Augustine Pinto, Chairman of Ryan Group of Schools was also present at the event and interacted with the press along with Mahesh Bhupati. Ryan Schools has launched tennis training for all interested students in all their schools in NCR and plans to extend the training to all its schools located nationally.
Mahesh Bhupathi Team Tennis (MBTT) also organized a Fun Day for the students of Ryan International School. Students from 7 Ryan International Schools -Vasant Kunj, Faridabad , Ghaziabad , Noida , Rohini , Mayur Vihar and Greater Noida. This event had various fun and games stations, where children can compete to win lots of prizes.
Mahesh Bhupati also commented " Progressive Tennis is the form of the game that's very important for development of kids especially when they start young, and this is the same format which great players like Roger Federer, Andy Roddicks, Justine Henin and all of them have come through progressive tennis, it's been tried and tested in the west. And his team is proud to introduce this system for First time in India in Ryan Group of schools on a large scale." MBTT has introduced at all Ryan International Schools in India "Progressive Tennis" a tennis coaching program for 3 plus to 10 year old children, that allows young players to learn and play the game more quickly, efficiently and successfully. It is played on a smaller court using slower oversize imported foam balls, smaller imported racquets to scale the game down to an appropriate level for children to easily adapt to the game of tennis.

Dr. Kiran Bedi Interacts with Students of Ryan International School
Former IPS officer Dr. Kiran Bedi, revealed the secrets of her success to the young students of Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj, Delhi on 23rd July 2010. The former UN Civilian Police Advisor, advised the students to take up their responsibilities on their own without being reminded by their parents and teachers; to utilize their time profitably, to develop a sense of higher purpose of achievement in life, and to be a value to the society and the nation wherever they live. It was a great spectacle to see two highly motivated Indian women MD of Ryan International Group of Institutions Madam Grace Pinto and Dr. Kiran Bedi interacting with each other and also with the students sharing their knowledge and values which made them woman of substance in their respective fields. Later she enthusiastically interacted with the students answering their questions. This great interaction with Dr. Kiran Bedi and her motivational address to the children will be cherished for a long time and certainly the students will emulate her hard work chase to such achievements and would be one day like her contributing greatly to the humanity. Students who benefited from the glimpse of her enthusiasm and address were stunned with joys of cheer. Madam Grace Pinto strongly believes in motivating and strengthening her students not only in academics and sports but it's her ultimate goal to mould a child into a good citizen of the country.
