Republic Day

childrens day

It is rightly said by Graham Greene in his novel 'the power and the Glory' that "there is a blow up one moment in childhood when the door opens and lets the future in". But this is not true in case of those children whose childhood is traumatized under the burden of their financial condition and other related problems. Kaira social society is trying to open the doors of the childhood by providing education to this kind of people, so that they have better future. K.S.S.S. is doing this work in the areas of 'Ahmedabad' through its project "BACK TO SCHOOL."

Under this project it is also taken care that these children develops their inner skills and talent besides studies. As a part of this project one Programme was organized on 25th January 2010 at Tamil school with the support of the principal and staff of the school. The students and teachers of two other schools which are also present to watch this Programme.

The Programme was started with a prayer dance by a group of some children. This prayer dance spread the breeze of holiness in the campus.

Through this play the message was spread that quarrelling and war is not the solution of the problems and conflicts, and the humanity stand first in the only way to bind the people of all religions, caste and creed. After the beautiful message, the children were entertained by the participants of the fancy dress competition. The participants played roles of Gandhiji, Tamil family, tribal man, after the competition three roles were selected as winners and were given prizes.

At the end of the Programme all the students were given sweet and they parted with a great joy.
